Claudia Quintero. Co-founder, Media Producer & Content Strategist.

With a degree in Media and Communication earned in the heart of London, I have been immersed in the world of media production since 2017. My expertise spans pre-production, production, and creative development, allowing me to bring powerful stories to life through thoughtful content creation.

I’ve had the privilege of working on some high-impact documentaries, including a docuseries about the iconic Badwater Marathon in Death Valley, the UTM (Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc) across France, Italy, and Switzerland, and a deep dive into the intense Barkley Marathon in Tennessee. These projects have allowed me to carve out a niche in the sports industry, where I’ve gained invaluable experience telling the stories of endurance, perseverance, and human spirit.

However, while sport documentaries have been a major part of my career, my passion for storytelling knows no bounds. I’m always eager to explore new topics and collaborate on projects that span different industries. Whether it’s lifestyle, culture, or social impact, I thrive on creating engaging, thought-provoking content that resonates with audiences across the globe.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and a pinch of Italian, I am always ready to travel and capture unique stories that push creative boundaries. Above all, my work is driven by the belief that every compelling story deserves a voice—and I’m dedicated to crafting high-quality content that inspires and connects people from all walks of life.

Simone Luciani. Co-founder, Media Producer, Documentarist and Marketing.

After over a decade of leading and growing Rich Clicks, an award-winning digital marketing agency, I successfully exited the company, marking the end of an extraordinary chapter and the beginning of an exciting new one.

As the Founder and former CEO, I dedicated 11 years to building a brand that thrived on trust, innovation, and results. Under my leadership, Rich Clicks became a pioneer in digital strategy, helping businesses scale and adapt in an ever-evolving marketplace.

Now, I’m channeling my expertise and passion into Endorphin Studio, a startup dedicated to creating content that helps people grow. This venture houses several exciting projects, including Esco a Correre, a platform specialized for Italian runners. Through YouTube, documentaries, and a Running Academy, Esco a Correre inspires and educates a community of passionate runners. Beyond this, additional content-driven initiatives are in development, broadening the mission of empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

Outside of my entrepreneurial pursuits, I am an endurance athlete, running coach, and content creator. I thrive on inspiring others to unlock their potential—whether in business, sport, or personal growth—and am always looking to lead by example.
